This morning we have spent time on the range and course learning and fine printing importance of mental and routine in golf.
I am pretty sure every golfer would say "Only if I can hit the ball as I do on the range I will turn Pro".
We are guilty of getting nervous under pressure and crumbling. Also having swing thoughts and second doubting our shots without full commitment.
Chris spent the morning range session explaining the difference in routine. The slightest changes in routine change hugely result and outcomes. Keeping the same routine and focused during pressure moments is the key to success in tournament play.
Entering into Tiger zone, deeply visualizing the shot and reacting to the shot. Staying fully committed and reacting. We gave a task to our students to enter Tiger zone 3 times in the front and back nine.
