We continue to TPI Fitness Screen our academy students to prevent injury and develop and better golf-specific sporting body. When students improve their bodies, their golf swing improves. If the student has limited mobility in their hips, for example, the golf swing will be restricted. The coach may be asking the student to turn more but the student won't be able to because their hip rotation is deficient. The student may struggle to improve their swing performance and injuries can occur. By performing a TPI Fitness Screen, the student can target certain areas of their body which is holding them back from improving. Each TPI Fitness Program is specific to each student targeting the areas which they fail to pass on the fitness screen.
